Abstract：

本文以“双高建设”为背景，以“时代梦想”大学生创业团队为主角，在第一指导老师等带领下，围绕“公共外交资源库（基于AI+MR+5G技术）”创业项目进行个案研究，重点分析了资源库编写、资源库传播、资源库应用、研究结论等环节，并得出了个案性、专业性结论。
