Abstract：

随着我国经济、科技、文化、政治等各方面的快速发展，新时代对教师职业道德建设提出了新的要求，从立德树人到四有好教师的转变，再到伟大复兴中国梦的新青年教师的建设，都充分的体现了新时代下教师职业道德水平不断攀升，对此，本文主要对新时代对教师职业道德提出的要求下，如何有效的做好教师职业道德建设工作。
