    Abstract：

    体育课程是中职教育体系中重要的组成部分。中职教育的目标是让学生在身体、文化、心理、道德等方面均得到良好的培养。体育教育对于提高学生综合素质能力，培养良好道德品质，保持身心健康有重要的影响。本文提出，中职体育教师可以通过创新教学方式，引导学生思考等方式更好的培养学生素质能力。
