    会计专业在经贸交往活动中具有不可替代的作用，而中职院校会计专业教师有责任和义务为社会培养高素质会计专业人才，基于此，提升教师教学能力对提升职业院校学生专业能力发展至关重要。因此本文主要从职业院校会计专业教师现状、基本教学能力、提升教师能力途径等几个方面展开研究。
