    Abstract：

    油田开采是我国能源的主要渠道，为我国各行各业发展提供了重要支撑力，但是随着可持续发展理念的提出，油田政工工作遇到了瓶颈。想要打破油田政工工作的现状就需要不断加强工作人员的职业素养，融合新的发展理念，充分挖掘新的工作模式，才能够给油田工作带去春天。本文就针对油田政工工作的现状，以及如何提高油田工作的工作效率展开分析和讨论。
