    在学校工作的开展过程当中,德育工作一直以来都是其中的重中之重,也是学校德育教育实施的主阵地.所以,在日常的德育教育实施的过程当中,身为班主任,一定要更好地起到自己领路和引导的作用,真正的减少学生的草率性和冲动性心理,让学生的三观得到构建,为学生的全面和正常的发展保驾护航.
