    随着我国建筑行业的发展,房屋渗漏问题逐渐突显出来,成为人们关注的重点问题.作为建筑施工企业,应该高度重视这一问题对人们日常生活和工作的影响,仔细分析和运用防渗漏技术,改进房屋排水系统的设置,采用高质量的防水材料增强防水性能,保证排水系统、施工材料以及墙面密封性等各个方面的质量,做好防渗透的维护工作,唯有如此才可以最大程度上保障建筑施工品质,增加房屋建筑的可用时间.
