    竣工测量技术是城市规划中针对建筑工程竣工后所进行的多方面测量。在实际操作过程中，竣工测量技术受多方面因素的影响，导致测量工作质量不佳，对我国城市规划工作的开展造成了一定阻碍。因此，竣工测量工作负责人应当重视该工作的重要性，以确保测量工作的科学性、准确性，最大限度发挥竣工测量工作的作用，为我国城市规划建设提供科学的技术支持。
