在现代建筑经济蓬勃发展的新时期，预结算在建筑工程项目管理中的地位也在不断的提高，且也发挥着十分重要的作用。基于此，本文章以建筑工程项目为探讨对象，主要针对预结算管理方法展开了总体性的分析。
