随着社会的不断进步和发展,我国的综合国力日益强大起来,民航业的飞速发展使得空乘专业人才逐渐稀缺.因此,构建空乘专业人才培养体系,满足民航业人才的饱和度成了重中之重.该文主要旨在分析现高职院校的人才培养上提出的主要方略.
