Abstract：
学生到初中阶段,由于基础知识、成长背景、小学知识难度或宽度差异性原因,初中英语成绩差异性很大,尤其是随着初中知识的不断深入,特别是初二的时候,容易产生两极分化,有的学生越学兴趣越大,有的学生越来越厌恶英语学习,甚至自暴自弃,产生这种情况最头疼的是教师与家长.分层教学法适时而生,能够有效的遏制两极分化严重性.
