Abstract：
要想提高小学体育课程教学效果,提升学生身体素养,教师必须了解学生特点,尊重学生差异,用更科学、有效的方法开展个性化教学.体育教师使用分层教学法,将学生根据标准划分成不同小组,再对每个小组展开针对性教学,激发学生对体育课的兴趣,稳步提升每一位学生的身体素质.
