    培智学校教育工作的开展,能够帮助智障人士解决解决问题,提升其专业能力,使其在学习中形成适应社会发展能力.为了促使残障人士就业发展,文章以培智学校的职业教育与残障人士就业为研究对象,基于培智学校职业教育现状,提出几点建议,希望对相关人士提供帮助.
