Abstract：
自1979年2月广播电视大学成立以来,已历经41年多的历史,当年的"五大"学校:电大、函大、自大、职大、夜大已经所剩不多.在21世纪的今天,如何合理的利用社区的教育资源、促进社区教育与合作办学单位的有效结合,使社区教育与电大联合办学的整体思路进一步提升,特别是结合当前社区教育资源不足、质量不高、数字化程度较低、缺乏共享的实际问题,本文尝试探讨电大现有资源如何与社区资源有效的整合.
