Abstract：
自主学习能力对每一个人都非常重要,不论是身在公司担任高管的企业人才,还是处于综合素质教育中的万千学子.虽然我们国家一直在强调对学生实施综合素质教育,但是传统的教学模板依旧在上演.给学生灌输知识和应试思想的做法不是长久之计,而采取灵活的新颖的教学方式对学生施加教育影响,才能对学生本身和学生今后的发展有极大的帮助.
