    Abstract：

    为进一步满足农业生产需求，推动农业经济的可持续发展，我国水利事业发展十分迅速，水利工程建设活动日趋增多。水利设计施工会在很大程度上影响到水土保持，导致水土流失问题的出现。针对这种情况，要将水土保持工作贯穿于水利设计施工全过程中，切实改良与保护水土资源。
