    近些年，我国房屋建筑工程的发展规模逐渐扩大，随着建筑工程项目的增多，在项目管理过程中一些突显的问题就显现出来，本文主要针对房屋建筑工程在施工前期、施工过程中及结算过程中的工程签证、变更的管理展开讨论。如何更好的控制房屋建筑工程中的签证、变更管理工作，进而降低投资方的投入成本，为投资方获得更快的发展速度和更大的竞争优势，有效提高企业竞争力。
