    沟通艺术是人与人之间思想和情感的传递及反馈过程，是班主任进行管理工作的一项重要技能。只有掌握了沟通艺术，班主任才能拉近与学生之间的距离，与学生之间基础和谐的师生关系，了解学生内心的真实想法。小学阶段是学生成长的关键时期，班主任能否加强沟通艺术的有效应用，是做好班级管理工作的前提，这对于学生的成长和发展具有至关重要的作用。
