    在目前的课改实践中，不少学校仍追求统一目标，统一课程，统一考核，并要求全体学生达到统一标准，这种“一刀切”的做法违背了学生间客观存在的差异，不利于实现学习机会的公平和学生核心素养的培育，实现差异教学任重而道远。
