    随着社会经济的不断发展,国家也越来越重视乡村小学教育的发展工作,但依照目前乡村小学教育效率而言,依然存在着不少有待解决的问题.本文以挖井式乡村小学校本研修为主要的研究方向,目的是结合乡村小学发展的真实情况,探索能够优化目前现状的策略以及措施,望相关优化建议能给予广大乡村教师一定启示.
