    体育锻炼对于处于各个阶段的学生来说都起着重要作用,在素质教育所规定的德智体美劳五项教育中,以体育锻炼为代表的体育起着基础性的作用,是其他四项教育教学活动顺利展开的物质前提,因此,教师要重视对学生体育的教学,教会学生恰当的体育运动习惯,保护学生的安全,促进学生的健康.
