Abstract：
职业教育是现代教育体系中不可或缺并且占有很大的占比,对于全面有效培养技校中专生的专业知识技能和综合素养,具有很大的意义和作用.为了适应经济建设的发展,满足中职教育培养人才模式与社会需求的接轨,文章主要是从电气安装专业学生技能素养的重要性分析入手,提出了一些培养学生技能素养的策略,为全面有效提升中职教学电气安装专业教学水平提供一定的借鉴和参考.
