    提高小学教育教学有效性是时代发展需求,学生自我需求,小学教育需求.本文基于教育教学有效性,探索提高小学教育教学有效性的路径:创设教学情境,激发学生兴趣;优化教师素质,提高指导效应;立足课堂阵地,强化学生学习体验;拓展教学时空,促进学习迁移;完善评价机制,以评促教促学等,为学生终身发展奠基.
