随着时代的更迭,教育的理念也在不断改变,现如今班主任的工作职责不仅在于学校中对学生要起到引导、教育的作用,更多的还要把自己当做家庭与学校之间的纽带.尽可能的对学生的家庭教育作出正面引导,对学生的发展有极大作用.
