    教学设计是由教学目标的确定、教学诸要素的分析与组织、教学效果的评价等组成的一个系统工程.系统的整体观认为,只有各组成部分和谐地统一、协调于系统的整体之中,才能达到整体的优化.所以,在进行小学数学教学设计时,要综观全局,从大处着眼、小处着手,进行整体优化的小学数学教学设计.
