    学生往往是通过课堂教学获取相关的知识,而培养小学生自主学习的能力,是数学教学的宗旨.为此,老师应与学生的实际情况相结合,充分尊重学生的个性化发展和认知规律,通过构建小学数学趣味课堂,对课堂教学氛围进行改变,营造快乐和轻松的课堂氛围,在提高学生学习效率的同时,大幅提升教学数学教师的教学水平.
