    随着时代的发展和社会的进步,国家对教育工作越来越重视.新课程标准的实施对于初中课程教学而言提出了新的挑战,初中学校应当全面加强管理模式创新,这样才能更好地保证政策的有效落实,不断提升育人成效.探究了目前初中学校模式方面存在的不足,然后有针对性地提出了加强现行制度下初中学校管理模式创新的具体对策,以供参考.
