随着我国科学技术的飞速发展,网络覆盖着各个地方,教育信息化已经成为现代化教育的重要标志之一.这就要求教师具备良好的信息素养,方能适应信息化教育及课程改革的需要.故此,文章从藏区中小学信息化教育如何建设,教师需要做好哪些工作,中小学信息化教学变革与意义等方面进行了探究.
