    Abstract：

    随着社会不断发展,我国教育工作中历史遗留问题越来越凸显,存在严重的重理轻文思想.所以在高中班主任选择中,往往是由理科教师所担任.其实,历史学科具备的因果逻辑性、理性等特点在社会矛盾解决上有着很大的优势,所以由历史教师担任班主任十分合适,有助于促进教学改革,并且提高人才培养质量.基于此,本文主要针对发挥学科优势,教学管理两不误——高中历史班主任工作进行了详细分析,希望能够对相关人员有所帮助.
