Abstract：

职业技能竞赛不仅可以达到以赛促教的目的,也有利于培育学生工匠精神和提升教师专业能力.本文以全国水利技能大赛河道修防技术赛项为例,在分析赛项难点基础上,从学院准备、选拔学生、开展训练、比赛策略、心理训练等多个方面探讨了参赛对策,为计划参加此类技能大赛的相关院校指导教师提供经验借鉴和思路.
