Abstract：
在素质教育不断开展的今天，教师在进行教学时，不仅要教给学生基础知识，要通过教师的个人魅力来促使学生核心素养的提高和发展。在实际教学过程中，教师在运用语言时应该加强设计，只有创新教学方式，学生才能够在潜移默化中获得语言能力的提高和发展，并且形成正确的价值观。在目前的小学语文教学过程中，很多教师运用语言时并没有采用合适的方式，这就会导致学生的个人成长受到了一定程度的影响。
