Abstract：
随着社会的发展，社会对人才的需求也逐渐向着个性化的方向发展。在初中语文教学过程中，教师不但要注重培养学生的语文核心素养和综合能力，还要注重学生的个性化发展。语文阅读是语文教学的重要组成部分，在语文阅读中培养学生的个性化阅读效果更显著。在个性化的阅读过程中，教师要引导学生认清本质和内涵，并为学生做好引导作用，营造良好的教学气氛，提高学生的个性化的阅读效率和质量。
