在素质教育阶段实现小学体育教学工作全面发展，要注重积极创新原有的教学理念，集中突出体育游戏与竞技比赛的积极作用，提升小学阶段学生参与体育、参与锻炼的积极性。通过游戏教学模式为学生营造轻松、愉悦的学习氛围，培育学生良好的学习兴趣，提高小学体育教学成效，适应学生个性化发展需求。
