    Abstract：

    近年来，随着新课改的日益深入，我国大部分中学体育教师在教学中已不再沿用传统的教学方法，而是开始尝试着采用新型的方式，拓展训练就是其中一种，这对激发学生学习热情和提高教学质量都有着极其重要的意义。基于此，本文简要分析了在中学体育教育中应用拓展训练的有效措施，以供大家参考和学习。
