Abstract：
高中阶段是学生的心理和生理逐渐成熟的阶段，这一阶段中学生的自尊心和独立性逐渐增强，情绪感情丰富，加上高中阶段的学习压力较大，就容易引发各种心理问题。心理健康教育也是素质教育的主要内容之一，旨在引导学生形成正确的自我认识，积极健康成长。其中绘画疗法是心理咨询方面应用比较广泛的方法，也是一种新兴的健康教育的方法。
