    Abstract：

    生物学是一门基于实验的自然科学，实验和探索能力是新课程标准的要求，西藏地区中考改革后，2020年生物成绩计算在中考成绩内，且实验分值在30分，重要性不言而喻，2020年日喀则市教育局主办初中生物实验竞赛也是为了提高地区学校和师生对生物实验的重视。西藏地区相比内地教育落后，学生知识面窄，自然环境特殊，在教育环境上有其特殊性。为提高学生实验素养，个人在日常实验教学中作了一些有益尝试，认为掌握实验的核心在于培养学生的实验设计能力，重点要培养学生兴趣、扩展教材实验内容和增加辅助实验。
