Abstract：
民族文化是千百年来人民群众创造的精神财富的积累，是当地人民群众智慧与经验的总结。一个地区的民族文化就当地人民的知识“图书馆”；因此，对本地民族文化的传承对民族地区来说尤为重要，发展民族教育，更是少数民族边远山区学校的责任和使命。
