Abstract：
本文就从如何建设隐性文化的角度出发进行了一系列关于加强高校德育的理论探索，以期达到提高高校德育实效性的目的。作为高校德育的一种方式，隐性文化具有非常重要的作用。为更好发挥隐性文化在高校德育中的作用，提高高校德育的实效性，应加强隐性文化建设，要美化校园物质文化景观、整顿校园行为文化建设、规范校园制度文化建设。
