Abstract：
中职会计专业旨在培养社会需要的中初级会计人才及为更高一级的院校提供生源，其中就业导向突出，主要是培养学生的会计技能及职业素养。这需要会计专业教师要拥有良好的教学教学能力和实习、实训技能素质，也需要学校具备先进的教学设备、现代化的实训条件，满足学生学习和实习实训对工位的要求，同时具备现代会计岗位需求的仿真工作场景。只有如此，才能保证教学质量，培养德才兼备的社会需要的人才。
