Abstract：

教师是“人类灵魂的工程师”，教师的心理健康状态会影响学生的心理成长。当今社会经济的飞速发展、生活节奏加快，人们生活水平不断提高，竞争压力加大，祖国复兴大业迫在眉睫，人们或多或少会产生一些心理问题。民众对教师各方面素质要求越来越高，师生关系由支配型转变成伙伴型，这种高压下教师也会出现心理问题。
