Abstract：
物理是一门探究性的学科，在教学过程中教师不仅要成为物理知识的传递者，将物理知识传授给学生，同时还应该成为学生学习的启发性、引导者，培养学生的物理学习能力。在物理实验教学中，教师要关注学生的实验探究能力培养。本文从初中物理实验教学的现状出发进行分析，分析当前物理实验教学中影响学生实验探究能力培养的因素，然后提出了物理实验教学的有效对策，旨在为学生物理实验探究能力的培养提供一定的参考。
