    Abstract：

    目前对于学生的教育来说，更加倾向于使学生不仅具有良好的学习能力，也需要具备优秀的品德，因此我国的小学院校更加倾向于对于学生素质方面的培养。完成对学生的德育教育不应该仅仅的停留在思想政治课上，在进行数学教学时也应该将素质培养贯穿在教学过程中，更好的将德育教育渗透在日常的小学数学教学管理中。
