Abstract：
面对社会经济的巨大变化，对人才培养的模式也提出了新的要求。现如今，为了提升人才培养的质量，我国已经实施教育教学的改革，在课程教学中不再单纯关注最终的结果，而是结合整个过程，对教学效果进行评价，以切实提升人才素质，推动他们为社会主义建设贡献更多力量。基于此，本文研究了在地方课程教学中过程性评价的优势以及具体的运用策略。
