纪念馆兼具文化性、公益性、服务性、宣传性，是培育民族精神、弘扬爱国主义主旋律的重要阵地，在社会大众的精神文化生活中发挥着重要作用。随着科技的日新月异，新媒体融入纪念馆的发展、融入爱国主义教育基地建设已势在必行。新媒体为开展社会教育活动带来了新的探索和实施空间。
