    Abstract：

    学科教师要以育人为最基本的教学方针，要明确学生在课堂的主体地位，了解目前小学数学课堂的教学任务。数学学科教师要将教学理念从传道向育人靠拢，着重培养学生在数学领域的综合素养，学科教师在教学过程中，要有意识的引导学生们主动参与教学活动，培养学生的理解能力和创新能力。
