国企在我国国民经济中占有很重要的位置，除了稳固经济之外还有更大的作用就是民生与维稳。因此，政工工作在国企中的作用就显得更为重要，然而随着时代的发展，政工工作的重心也在发展着变化，如何更加有效的发挥国企政工工作的作用就尤为重要，本文将针对我国国企政工工作的发展趋势展开讨论。
