Abstract：
在大数据时代背景下，传统档案管理模式已不再符合现代企业经营需要了，在这种情况下，档案管理工作迫切需要推陈出新，进行大刀阔斧的改革，只有这样才能够保证工作的先进性与科学性。在大数据背景下，一些企业在推进档案管理模式转变中收到的成效并不明显，工作中仍然存在一些较为常见的问题，鉴于此：文章将主要研究，大数据技术在档案管理模式转变中的应用价值，并对企业如何做好大数据下档案管理工作提出几点应对措施。
