    20世纪末积极心理学概念首次被提出就获得了广泛的认可，在大学阶段的心理健康教育中应用积极心理学有利于实现对心理健康教育的理论丰富，形成大学生心理健康工作的专业化指导。本文将对此进行分析和讨论并提出相应的意见和建议。
