Abstract：
素质教育的全面推广要求教师在开展教学活动时，必须保障学生主体地位，在进行小学语文教学时，教师需要针对学生创新思维开展教学活动，确保能够对学生创新思维进行更为有效的培养，强化整体教学效果，本文综合探究具体教学过程，分别从阅读习惯，教学氛围，质疑精神和教师素养四个方面展开具体分析。
