Abstract：
在新课改素质教育理念下,当前教育教学的目标与方式也发生了巨大的转变,不再以考试成绩作为唯一的标准,而是通过有效的教育手段来培育学生核心素养,从知识、思想、身心等各个方面加强,从学校与家庭两方面来形成教育合力,对学生进行全方位的引导和教育.所以,核心素养的养成仅仅依靠学校是不够的,还需要发挥家庭大后方的教育作用,家校协手通力合作,家校共育多力并举,通过家校共育的有效途径,才能切实培养有担当、懂感恩、能奉献的新时代小学生,切实推进社会的可持续进步与发展.
